WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration,paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second par[forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingandbeing*Kft at Indian Neck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 3 on a
certain map entitled "Map of Indian Neck Park, George W. Smith,
Owner, made by Franklin F. Overton, M.E. Surveyor, 1912", and filed
on the 27th day of May, 1913, as and by Map No. 551.
TOGETHER with a right of way from the easterly side of said premises
over the two rod road laid down on said map and designated as "Private
Road", from Little Peconic Bay, and leading to Indian Neck Road.
TOGETHER with all the rights and privileges contained in a certain
deed from Kathryn H. Goldsmith, etc., to Mary V. Furst, recorded in
Liber 3950 of Deeds at page 124.
_ BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed from
Mary V. Furst to Lucretia 'D. Furst, dated AngOst`=16, 1965 and recorded
August 25, 1965 in Liber 5807 cp 377, and the same premises re-conveyed
by the said Lucretia D. Furst to the said Mary V. Furst by deed dated
June 25, 1968, and intended to be recorded just ahead of this deed or
simultaneously herewith.
