THIS INDENTURE,made the day of/- ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BETWEEN GEORGE W. QUIGLEY, residing at 87 Summit Road, Port
Washington, New York, and MARILYN HOFMANN, residing at 183 Spruce
Street' Roslyn Harbor, New York,
party of the first part,and GEORGE J. HOFMANN and MARILYN HOFMANN, both
residing at 183 Spruce Street, Roslyn Harbor, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,dues hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate,
lying and beingimiR at Peconic, in the town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, known as Lot 36 and part of Lot 12 on a certain
map entitled "Map 2of Peconic Snores, Peconic, L.I.", and more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the easterly line
of a33 foot private road known as "Huntington Boulevard" with the
curved northerly line of a 33 foot private road known as "Second
Avenue",said point of beginning beingthesouthwesterly corner of
lot 36,.as shown on "Map of Peconic Shores" Map #2, filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map #654; from said point of begin-
ning running along said easterly line of "Huntington Boulevard",
N. 350 30' W. - 175.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence through lot 12
as shown on "Map of Peconic Shores" filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as Map #117, N. 540 30' E, - 50.0 feet to an iron
pipe and lot 13, as shown on said map; thence along said lot 13 and
along lot 35, as shown on said "Map of Peconic Shores" Map 112, S.
350 30' E. - 191.75 feet to an iron pipe and said northerly line of
"Second Avenue"; thence westerly along said northerly line on a curve
to the left, having a radius of 83.0 feet, a distance of 53.66 feet
to the point of beginning.
