BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument at the southeasterly or
easterly corner of the premises herein described (which point is the

running thence along land now or formerly of Mooney, South 46 degrees
55 minutes 35 seconds West, a distance of 326.67 feet to a point
marked by a monument; running thence still along land now or formerly
of Mooney, North 47 degrees 47 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
366 feet to ordinary high water mark of Goose Creek; running thence
in a northeasterly direction along ordinary high water mark of Goose
Creek, the following tie line course and distance: (1) North 53
degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East, 305.71 feet to the poq,thwesterly
line of property shown on Map of Goose Bay Estates; running thence
South 52 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East along said southwesterly
line of property shown on Map of Goose Bay Estates a distance of
336 feet to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Lot No. 270 as laid out on Map
of Goose Bay Estates as a means of ingress to and egress from the
premises herein described to Hickory Avenue.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Oliver Bros.
Building and Construction Corporation to Ernest D. Renard and Helen E.
Renard his wife, by Deed dated 8/19/1940 and recorded 8/27/1940 in
Liber 2117 cp 592, together with the same premises conveyed by Charles
P.R. Dorschel and Meta Dorschel, his wife, to Ernest D. Renard and
Helen E. Renard, his wife, by Deed dated 7/3/52 and recorded 7/3/1952
in Liber 3374 cp 427, the said Ernest D. Renard having died a resident
of 5920 S.W. 85th Street South Miami Florida 33143, on December 21,
1968, survived by his wife, Helen E. kenard, the party of the first
part herein.
