land now or formerly of Booth; thence running South 28 degrees,
07 minutes 10 seconds East along said land now or formerly
of Booth 232.23 feet, thence South 55 degrees, 29 minutes, 40
seconds West 108.42 feet; thence, North 34 degrees, 30 minutes
20 seconds West. 217.34 feet to the southerly side of North Road
rid and thence along the southerly side of North Road, the following
o two courses, (1) North 33 degrees, 39 minutes, 10 seconds East
54.26 feet; (2) running thence on an are having a radius of
2050.68, 94.35 feet to the concrete monument, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same premises as
conveyed to the Party of the first part by deed dated July 8,1954
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 9, 1954,
in Liber 3722, page 25.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part in and to North Road, the center line
thereof.
