titled, "Map of West Creek Estates, Property of Ernest E. and
Harold W. Wilsberg, situate at Southold, Suffolk County, New York",
and made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from Surveys completed January 28, 1963
and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19, 1963,
as Map No. 3848, together with an adjoining unsubdivided parcel of
land, which said lot and said adjoining parcel of land when taken
together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the comer formed by the intersection of
the northerly line of Glenn Road with the easterly line of Grissom
Lane; RUNNING THENCE North 7° 42' 40" East along the easterly line
of Grissom Lane, 155.60 feet to a monument and land now or formerly
of A. Dart; THENCE North 14° 54' East along said land now or formerly
of A. Dart, 55.86 feet to a monument on the northwesterly corner of
Lot 32 on the aforementioned map; THENCE Northerly still along said
land now or formerly of A. Dart and along a line of boundary posts
to a point distant North 6o 52' 40" West 240.83 feet from the north-
westerly corner of said Lot 32; THENCE South 710 42' 20" East still
along said land now or formerly of A. Dart 422.02 feet to a monument
on the northerly line of Lot 29 on said map; THENCE South 74° West
along the northerly line of Lots 29, 30 and 31 on said map 291.83
feet to a monument on the division line between Lots 31 and 32 on
said map; THENCE South 1° 50' 00" West along said division line
200 feet to a monument on the nottherly line of Glenn Road; and
THENCE South 74° West along the northerly line of Glenn Road 125 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
