M. Daly); and on the West by a 6 foot path, being between lots now or formerly of B. B. Tuthill and Clarence R. Davis, and being the lot conveyed by the Trustees of The First Church, Congregation or Society in Southold to the parties of the first part by Deed dated April 2, 1936. RESERVING, however, to the parties of the first part the right of interment in said lot for Henry A. Goldsmith, Miriam B. Goldsmith, Everett T. Goldsmith, Ruth V. Goldsmith and Frances G. Fickeissen.
