CONSIDERATION New York,
party of the first part,and
JOHN FRANZ, JR., residing at Sterling Road, Cutchogue,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, he
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandbeingbrRim near Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as the East
Part of Lot #43 on acertain map entitled, "Map of Nassau Farms,
situate at Peconic, Suffolk County, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as and by the Map #1179, and more fully described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the Southeasterly corner
3 of Lot No. 43 as shown on said map, and running thence along the
Southerly line of said lot, 280.45 feet to a stake; thence Northerly
at right angles to said Southerly line of said lot, 60.19 feet to
the Northerly line of said lot; thence Easterly along said Northerly
line of said lot, 237.62 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said
lot and the Westerly line of Pine Tree Road; thence Southeasterly
along said Westerly line of Pine Tree Road 73.72 feet to the point
of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Ralph W.
Sterling to Elizabeth Franz, the grantor herein, by deed dated
August 2, 1937 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on August 3, 1937 in Liber 1937 at Page 66.
The grantee herein is the husband of the grantor herein.
