WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and beingxaMxx at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known anddesignated as and by Lot No. 31 on a
certain map entitled "map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29th, 1958 as Map #2901.

Longview Lane & Rumbler- Road for their entire distance as shown & laid
out, 50' wide throughout, on said above mentioned filed map.
RESERVING however to Helen G. Cochran the title to the land in said
roads & the right to herself, her grantees & successors in interest, to
dedicate said'roads as public roads and to grant easements therein,
for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners area know
as Lot #8 & the area adjoining next southerly thereto to the extent of
80', more or less, being the northerly SO' of parcel designated on said
