THIS INDENTURE,made the /Y day of June ,Woodson hundred and sixty—eight
BETWEEN JAMES J. COLONEL and SELINA E. COLONEL, his wife, both
residing at 176 Dolphin Road, East Quogue, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and EDWIN FOY and SUSAN FOY, his wife, both residing
at Seawood Drive in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the aecund'part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerstion
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of had, ,situate,
lying and being 41f4E at Bayview, near Southold, in the To of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as the
northerly one—half of lot number six (6) on a certain map' entitled
'I "Seawood Acres, Section One, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold,
_. Suffolk County, New York," surveyed January 19, 19569 by Otto W.
Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 26th day of June
1956 as Map No. 2575; said parcel being rectangular in shape and
measuring 150 feet on the northerly and southerly lines and 50 feet
on the easterly and westerly lines.
