THIS INDENTURE,made the day of May nineteen hundred and sixty eight

HELEN E. DAWSON, residing at Bay Haven, Southold, New York and
MARCIA E. DOWNS, residing at Bey Haven, Southold, New York, ss

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of TRRnhNkraand other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and beingzRxka at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of 50 foot private road known as
"Gin Lane", south 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds west 1650 feet along said
northwesterly line from a point on the southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road,
135.97 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the northwesterly
corner of land now or formerly of William Wells; from said point of beginning
running along said northwesterly line of "Gin Lane" south 37 degrees 54 minutes
10 seconds west 107.61 feet to the northeasterly line of another private road
known as "Watersedge Way"; thence along the last described linenorth 52 degrees
05 minutes 50 seconds west 160.07 feet to land of Mason Brothers; thence along
said land of Mason Brothers north 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds east 107.62
feet; thence along other land now or formerly of WilliamWells south 52 degrees
05 minutes 50 seconds east 158.55 feet to the point of place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said "Gin Lane" from Main Bqvview Road,
southwesterly about 1758 feet to said "Watersedge Way".
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions in deeds of record.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey will show.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by Charles P. Myles and
Mary Sayne [files , by deed dated April 24, 1964 and recorded in Suffolk County
Clerk's office on May 7, 1964 in Liber 5539 of Deeds at page 324.
