ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of vacant land, situate,
lying and being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Indian Neck Road
at the southeasterly corner of land of the party of the second part
and the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part;
from said point of beginning running along said land of the party of
the second part, North 3 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds East, a dis-
tance of 420 feet, more or loss, to ordinary high water mark of Richmond
Creek; thence easterly along said high water mark, 0.25 feet, more or
less, to a point which is 0.25 feet easterly from the last described
point measured at right angles thereto; thence through said land of
the party of the first part on a line parallel to and 0.25 feet oast-

said northerly line of Indian Nock Road; thence along said northerly
