paid by the party of the second part,done hereby grant and release Onto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, S situate,
lyingandbeiaginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot No, 2 on a certain map entitled,
Map of Corey Creek Estates at Bayview' , filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 15, 1967 as Map No. 4923•
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and reservations contained in a
Declaration recorded in Liber 6216, c.p. 256.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part herein by Deed from KURT HAMBSCH at al., dated
5-21-66 and recorded 6-16-66 in Liber 5974, C.P. 552.
This conveyance is made in the normal course of the business of the
party of the first part herein and does not represent any conveyance
of all or substantially all of the assets of the corporation, and
said conveyance is made with the consent of the holders of at least
two-thirds of the outstanding shares of the party of the first part
entitled to vote thereon, obtained at a meeting duly called.
