THIS INDENTURE,made the �! day of January ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight.
BETWEEN EARL L. FULTZ, residing at 181 East 73rd Street, New York, New
York,
party of the first part,and CHINOOK ASSOCIATES EAST, INC., a domestic corporation
having its office and principal place of business at 29 West 57th Street, New York,
New York,
party of the around part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideathn of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or sueeessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being imthe at Feconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, which said
point is where the division line between the premises herein described and land
now or formerly of Keener intersects the said northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
running thence North 45 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West along the last mentioned
division line, 1520.0 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
Thence easterly along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound on a tie
line course North 53 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East 371.29 feet to the land now
or formerly of Bittner; thence South 45 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East along
said last mentioned land, 1730.0 feet to the northerly side of Sound View Avenue;
thence South.81 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds West along the northerly side of
Sound View Avenue 442.55 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Gustave C. Weidman
to the party of the first part herein by deed dated January./9 , 1968 and intended
to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
SUBJECT to a certain mortgage given by the party of the first part herein to
the Southold Savings Bank in the amount of$35,000.00 dated January/y , 1968
and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
