TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part of, in and to Pine Neck Road lying in front of and adjacent to said premises. And this deed is given in confirmation of the deed executed by Lucy M. Leicht to Charles O. Christensen and Margaret L. Christensen, his wife, dated June 30, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 20, 1964 in Liber 5580 of Deeds at page 246, said premises being and intended to be the same premises intended to be devised to.the said Lucy Leicht under Paragraph Fourth of the Last Will and Testament of Edith T. Leicht, Deceased.
