and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road
(Route 25) with the easterly side of land of John Charnews; running
thence North 56 degrees 00 minutes East 65 feet to land now or formerly
of Israel P. Terry; thence along said land of Israel P. Terry, South
34 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East, 201.82 feet to the northerly
side of land of Union Free School District No. 5 of the Town of
Southold; thence along said last mentioned land, South 55 degrees
41 minutes 20 seconds West 61 feet and thence along land now or
formerly of John Charnews, North 36 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds
West 202.25 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises described in
Liber 2766 cp278 and Liber 3123 cp 394, and the parties of the first
art herein are same persons as the grantees in the aforesaid two deeds.
