NEWTON, residing at 301 Bryant Avenues New Hyde Park, County of Nassau and State of New York, party of the first part,and JOSEPH R. BARCIA residing at l89 Franklin Street, Elmoutl County of Nassau and State of New York party of the serond part, WT TiESSE H,that the party of the first part,in oonsideadon of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the a and part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and imp lying thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State ak of New York, known and designated as Lot no. 7, as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y.” made by Otto W. LL ¢ Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965, as Map no. 4362. Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to the beach, water and lands under water, in front of and abutting the aforesaid premises. Together with the right to use, in common with others, the Beach Lot and parking area adjacent thereto, as set forth in the Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions heretofore filed herein. Together with an easement over the streets as shown on said map to the nearest public highway, but excepting and reserving the fee to the said street, the title to which is not intended to be conveyed. BEING the same premises conveyedto the party of the first part by deed dated the 4th day of August 1965, made by FREDERICK REESE and HAROLD REESE, and duly recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 6, 19651 in Liber 5795, page 360. SUBJECT to a mortgage held by EASTERN FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF SAYVILLE, with an unpaid balance due thereon in the sum of $ 10 506.74 together with interest thereon from the date hereof at the rate of 5 3�4'� per annum, payment of which is expressly undertaken and assumed by the party of the second part.
