THIS INDENTURE,made the 18th dayof May ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight

party of the first part,and
JOHN J. BIE, residing at 7 Fieldstone Drive, Syosset, L.I.,
New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United Statcaand other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of a 20 foot right
of way at the southerly corner of land of the party of the first
part and the easterly corner of land of Miller; from said point of
beginning running along said land of Miller, North 64 degrees 50
minutes west, 130-0 feet; thence along land conveyed or about to be
conveyed by the party of the first part to Janet Wockenfuss, North
25 degrees 10 minutes East, 113.94 feet; thence along land conveyed or
about to be conveyed by the party of the first part to Ruth Brown and
along land of the party of the first part, South 64 degrees 50 minutes
East, 131.77 feet; thence along said land of the party of the first
part, South 44 degrees 45 minutes East, 60.0 feet to said northwester-
ly line of said 20 foot right of way; thence along said northwesterly
line, two courses:
(1) South 45 degrees 15 minutes west, 15.84 feet; thence
(2) South 59 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West, 94.40 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feetwide from the southerly corner
of the premises northeasterly and then southeasterly and then south-
erly about 900 feet to SouHlview Avenue.
TOGETHER with a right of way 8 feet wide from the northerly corner
of the premises northwesterly about 171 feet to a parcel of beach
about 57 feet by 160 feet.
TOGETHER with a right to use said parcel of beach in common with
others.
SUBJECT to a right of way 15 feet wide across the southwesterly part
of the premises and subject to a right of way 8 feet wide running
along the northeasterly boundary of the premises.
