party of the first part,and
PAUL R. BIB, residing at 7 Tompkins Court, Commack, L.I., New York,
Party of the second part,
J WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in eansidention of

lawfulmoney of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid

BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the southeasterly
line of a 20 foot right of way with the southwesterly line of said
right of way, said point of beginning being the northerly corner of
land conveyed by Hyatt to Bie on April 15, 1946, recorded in Liber
2552, page 585; from said point of beginning along said southwest-
erly line of said right of way South 64 degrees 50 minutes East,
174.08 feet to a monument and land of Offenheiser; thence along said
land of Offenheiser, South 25 degrees 10 minutes West, 78.35 feet to
a monument and land of Miller; thence along said land of Miller,
North 64 degrees 50 minutes West, 226.75 feet to a monument on said
southeasterly line of said right of way; thence along said south-
easterly line North 59 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds East, 94.40
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a 20 foot right of way from the westerly corner of
the premises northeasterly and then southeasterly and then southerly
about 900 feet to Soundview Avenue.
TOGETHER with a right of way 8 feet wide running along the north-
easterly boundary of land of John J. His and land of Janet Wockenfuss
about 363 feet to a parcel of beach about 57 feet by 160 feet; and
together with the right to the use of said parcel of beach in common
with others.
