WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly boundary of land formerly
of C. D. Baker (now of Boyd), 270.0 feet southeasterly along said north-
easterly boundary line from a concrete monument set on the southeastorly
line of a certain 50 foot private road, now Robinson Road, said concrete
monument being also at the northwesterly corner of said land formerly
of C. D. Baker (now of Boyd);
running thence along said land of Boyd, North 66 degrees 57 minutes
10 seconds :lest 270.0 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument and
the easterly lino of said 50 foot private road;
running thence in a northeasterly and easterly direction along the
easterly and southerly line of the aforesaid private road the following
four (4) courses and distances:
(1) North 46 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds Fast 49.80 feet;
(2) Easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 127.0 feet
a distance of 115.67 foot;
(3) South 80 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds East 120.75 foot;
(4) Easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 177.0 feet
a distance of 27.41 feet;
running thence along land of Margaret Babcock, two courses, as
follows:
(1) South 0 degrees 13 minutes 20 soconds West 54.43 foot; and
(2) South 23 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West 105.0 foot to the
point or place of Beginning.
