land of the party of the first part;thence south 38°42140" east, 135.82 feet to a
point;thence south 38°34'30" east, 14.19 feet to a point; thence south 5741'3011
west,. 100.78 feet to the northerly side of Waterview Drive;thence north 38°37'50"
west, 150 feet to the monument at the poirt or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed to Mary J. Mooney, now
know as Mary Mooney Getoff, by deed made by Julius Zebrowski, dated July 29,
1961, recorded August 8, 1961, liber 5029 of conveyances, page 494, in the
Suffolk County Clerkts office.
