ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village and Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at: a point on the northerly side of Main Street, also
known as Main Road, .distant 131 feet, more or less, westerly from
the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Main
Road with the westerly side of Horton Lane, which said point is at
the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Rensselaer G.
Terry; thence running South 60 degrees 00 minutes West, along said
northerly side of Main Road, 69 feet to the easterly boundary line
of land now or formerly of Newbold; thence North 30 degrees 39 min-
utes West, along said last mentioned line, 202.57 feet to the south-
erly boundary line of land formerly of S. B. Fischer, now or formerly
of R. Dow; thence North 60 degrees 44 minutes East, along said last
mentioned line, 69 feet to the westerly boundary line of land formerly
of Elizabeth A. Terry, now or formerly of M. S. Terry; thence South
30 degrees 39 minutes East, along said last mentioned line and along
the westerly boundary line of land now or formerly of Rensselaer G.
Terry, 201.68 feet to the northerly side of Main Road at the point
or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Max W.
Newbold and Mildred D. Newbold, his wife, to Frank W. Fanning and
Alicia V. Fanning, his wife, the grantors herein, by deed dated
August 18, 1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on August 20, 1945 in Liber 2474 cp 131. The said Frank W. Fanning
and Alicia V. Fanning, his wife, the grantors herein, are the same
persons as the Frank W. Fanning and Alicia V. Fanning, his wife,
the grantees named in the aforesaid deed recorded in Liber 2474
of Deeds
at page 131.
