ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being
smft at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of Calves Neck
Road (a public road) formerly a 50 foot private road known as
"Harper Road", at the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve
connectin the northwesterly line of Calves Neck Road with the south-
westerly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Midfarm Road" ;
RUNNING THENCE South 34° 43' West along the northwesterly line of
Calves Neck Road 97 . 53 feet to a monument and other land of John
and Lillian M. Fraas; THENCE along said last mentioned land the
following two courses and distances : (1) North 550 17' West 176. 14
feet to a monument; (2) North 34° 19' East 154. 75 feet to a monument
on the southwesterly line of Midfarm Road; THENCE along the sou Eh=
westerly side of "Midfarm Road" the following two courses and distances:
(1) Southeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right,
having a radius of 100 feet, a distance of 48 .20 feet to a monument;
(2) South 47° 08' 10" East 87. 71 feet to a monument and the extreme
northerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the southwesterly
line of "Midfarm Road" with the northwesterly line of Calves Neck.
Road; THENCE southerly along said last mentioned arc of a curve
bearing to the right, having a radius of 50 feet, distance of 71.43
feet to the monument at the point or place of beginning.
