the southwesterly line of Main Bayview Road at the northwesterly corner
of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to Sophie Anderson;
from said point of beginning running along other land of the parties of
the first part, S. 680 171 50' W.- 100.0 feet to a stake and the ordin..
ary high water mark of Carey Creek; thence northwesterly along said
Ordinary high water mark of Corey Creek 66 feet, more or less, to a
stake, said stake being N. 410 55' 00- W.- 66.62 feet from the last
described point; thence along land of the parties of the first part,
N. 480 53' 00- E.- 100.0 feet to a stake set on said southwesterly line
of said right of way; thence along said southwesterly line of said
right of way. S.380 23' 00R E.-100.0 feet to the point of beginnings
TOGETHER with a right of way 30.0 feet in width, the northwesterly
line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
southwe0terly..line-of Main Bayview Road, 30.0 feet northwesterly along
said southwesterly line from a concrete monument set on said line at
the'northwesterly corner of land conveyed by the parties of the first
part to Sophie Anderson; and running thence S.250 56' 50- W.-695.22
feet; thence S. 370 04' 50" W.-199.70 feet to the ordinary high water
mark of Corey Creek.
