TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to Great Pond and the lands under
water of Great Pond adjacent to said premises and in and to the
hi;;?hway known as Sound View Avenue adjacent thereto.
TOGEnER with and SUBJECT to a common right of way for ingress and
ecress25 feet in width, the center line of which is the boundary
line between the lands hereinabove described and the easterly line
of the land of the party of the first part and which right of way runs
from Sound View Avenue to Great pond.
