_ BEGMNNING at a monument at the intersection of the
southerly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Liberty Lane"
with the westerly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Colonial
Road"; from said point of beginning, running along the westerly line
of Colonial Road, South 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 127.28 feet; thence along land about to be conveyed to
Harold J. Asaph, North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West, a
distance of 125.0 feet; thence along land formerly of Edward Nidds
(and now or formerly of Nenning) North 28 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds East, adistance of 132.70 feet to said southerly line of
`Liberty Lane"; thence along said southerly line South 57 degrees
34 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 125.24 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said "Liberty Lane",
and said "Colonial Road", and also over the 50 foot proposed
highwaylk known as "Ed's Road", "Summit Road", "Columbia Road" and
'Victoria Drive".
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others,
of a strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement for ingress and
egress to Corey Greek, said strip of land being bounded on the
East by land of Edson and on the West by land of Toedter and
Dickinson. SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. No more than one dwelling house shall be erected on said premises.
2. Any dwelling house erected on said premises shall cost not less
than $8,500.00.
3. Said covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1„1975.
