from said point of beginning running along said land of Hyndman,
North 3048130" East, a distance of 348.62 feet to a monument on the
southerly line of a 20-foot right of way;
thence along said southerly line, North 81°10100" East, a dis-
tance of 15.37 feet;

Otto IN. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y.., dated July 2nd,
1945.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the most westerly 15 feat of the parcel
designated as "PARCEL THREE" in a certain deed to Lillian S. Redden,
dated August 14th, 1964, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 18th, 1964, in Liber 5597 of Deeds at faga 515.
