ALL that certain plot,piece or pareel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iaNke at Bayview, neer Southold, in. the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as lot
number fifty-six (56) on a certain map entitled "Bay Haven at Southold,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed December ln,
1958, by Otto W; Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport,
N.Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the
22nd day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910.
TOGETHER with aright of way over "Bay Haven Lane," "Waters-
edge Way," and "Gin Lane," as shown on said Map, and the right, in
common with other owners of the lots shown on said Map to the use of
the "Community Beach" as designated on said Map.
SUBJECT to reservations contained in deed from William
Wells to Grantors dated April 10, 1959 and recorded in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on April 16, 1959 in liber 4612, page
579 of deeds.
SUBJECT also to provisions of Declaration referred to in
above deed.
