Van Tuyl, Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, together with that portion of Lot No. 59 southerly of the dredged channel, said premises being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the easterly corner of Lot No. 61 on said map with the southerly corner of Lot No. 60 and the northwesterly side of Lakeside Drive; running thence in a northwesterly direction along the division line between said Lots 60 and 61, a distance of 175 feet, more or less, to the dredged channel; running thence in an easterly direction along the southerly line of the dredged channel, a distance of 240 feet, more or less, to the westerly or northwesterly line of Lakeside Drive; running thence in a southwesterly direction along the northwesterly side of Lakeside Drive, a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others, the roads set forth on said map (except where the road has been cut off by the canal) for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from the public highway.
