Beginning at an iron pipe on the westerly line of Nokomis
Road, 226.80 feet southerly along said westerly line from Hiawatha ' s

westerly line of Nokomis Road, South 5 degrees 45 minutes East,
113.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land now or formerly of

an iron pipe and land of Parker; thence along said land of Parker,
