half of Lot No, 224, on a certain Map entitled "Map of Goose Bay
Estates, " in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, said
of Oyster Bay, L. I, ,

map being made by Lewis N. Waters, L.S. ,
I `New York, dated September 121 1934, and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November, 1934,
as and by Map No. 1176, (Abstract No. 1197.) being a parcel of
land 50 ft, x 120 ft.
l This is a correction deed to correct the description set forth
in deed made by,,the grantor herein to William J. Garvey and Maude
V. Garvey, dated June 5, :1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on October 3, 1940 in Liber 2125 at page 533. The
hmistake herein being corrected is that the said deed recorded on
I October 3, 1940 described the premises being conveyed as Plots Nos.
li 222, 223 and the southwesterly half of Lot No. 224.
It is not intended that this correction deed shall otherwise
Ij disturb or change anything else contained in the said deed herein
being corrected.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
f roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
11 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
') the party of the second part forever.
I� AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
'j AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part wdl receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the costof the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
„ The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
