Boulevard where same is intersected by the northerly side of premises
herein described and land now or formerly of Jean M. Lohn adjoining
on the North; running thence South 74 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds
East along said last mentioned land, 91. 0 feet to a bulkhead and the
waters of Corey Creek; thence South 1 degree 36 minutes 40 seconds
West, along said bulkhead, 63. 0 feet to land now or formerly of
Vanderbeck; thence North 74 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along
said last mentioned land, 96. 0 feet to the easterly side of Minnehaha

place of BEGINNING.
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises conveyed
by Edward J. Bagenski and Sandra Bagenski, his wife , to George Fluhr
and Anna Fluhr, his wife , the parties of the first part herein, by
deed dated October 10, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk 's
Office on October 15, 1964 in Liber 5633 of Deeds at page 171, and
subject to covenants and restrictions of record,
