TOGETHER with aright of way over "Bay Haven Lane", "Watersedge Way",
"Gin Lane" and "Mid Way", as shown on said map, and the right, in
common with other owners of the lots shown on said map and to the
use of the "Community Beach" as designated on said map, subject to
the right of SURFLINE CORPORATION, the holder of the fee to said
roads and beach to dedicate same to the proper governmental agency,
or to convey same to the South Bay Haven Property Owners' Association,
Inc., for the use and maintenance thereof.
