BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Indian Neck Lane 248.0
feet southerly as measured along said easterly line of Indian Neck
Lane from its intersection with Spring Lane; running thence along
lands conveyed to Martin C. Nelsen and George Glintenkamp by John
William English, as executor and sole distributee of the Last Will
and Testament of Frances English, deceased, North 69° 24' 00" East
265.0 feet; thence along land conveyed by said John William English
to Albert Sacco, South 24° 00' East 125.66 feet to land of Bedell;
thence along said land of Bedell, South 69° 24' 00" West 265.0 feet
to said easterly line of Indian Neck Lane; thence along said easterly
line of Indian Neck Lane North 24° 00' West 125.66 feet to the point
or place of beginning, at the said westerly line of said land convey-
ed by John William English, as executor and sole distributee of the
Last Will and Testament of Frances English, deceased, to Martin C.

being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffdc and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of premises hereinafter described,
said point being distant the following two courses and distances
from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Spring Lane and easterly side of Indian Neck Lane: (1) South 24°
00' East 373.66 feet along the easterly side of Indian Neck Lane to
land now or formerly of Bedell; and (2) North 69° 24' East 265.0 feet

running thence fromsaid point of beginning North 24° 00' West 173.66
feet; running thence North 69° 24' East 230.05 feet;. running thence

215 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Richmond
Creek; running thence southerly along said high water mark of Richmond
Creek as same winds and turns 110.0 feet, more or less, to a point and
land now or formerly of Bedell; running thence along said land South
69° 24' West 425 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.

easterly as measured along said southerly line of Spring Lane from
its intersection with Indian Neck Lane; running thence easterly along
