Licensed Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk County^Clerk' s Office on
March 16, 1946, as Map No. 1472, as and by Lot No. Nine (9) in,'Block ,
numbered Five (5) on said Map.

ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, and being a portion of Lot No.
Eight "(8) in Block Numbered Five (5) as laid down on a map entitled
"Map of Beixedon Estates, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y. ,
Property of Grace R. Nickles, formerly Grace Rogers DeBeixedon", made
by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on March 16, 1946, as Map No. 1472, and being
bounded and described with reference to said Map, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the premises about to be
conveyed at a point on Hippodrome Drive and running thence in a north-
westerly direction along the northeasterly side of Lot No. Nine (9) ,
(parcel No. 1 herein) , a distance of one hundred sixty-one (161.01 )
feet to a point, running thence in a northeasterly direction along
the southerly side Lot No. 6 in Block Numbered Five (5) on said Map
a distance of Ten (10 .01) feet to a point; running thence southeasterly
on a line parallel with the southwesterly line of Lot No. 8, the course
first above mentioned, and distant at all points ten feet therefrom,
a distance of One Hundred sixty--one (161.0 ' ) feet to a point on
Hippodrome Drive; running thence in a southwesterly direction along
the northwesterly line of Hippodrome Drive a distance of Ten (10.01 )
feet to the place and point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO 'BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by William J. Moyer by deed dated June 18, 1949 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s office on June 27, 1949 in Liber 2964
at page 68, and together with the appurtenances described therein and
subject to the covenants, restrictions and agreements therein.

Said premises being more particularly bounded and described
as follows :
ALL those lots or parcels of land, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, shown and designated on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Beixedon Estates, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y. ,- property of Grace R. Nickles,
formerly Grace Robers DeBeixedon" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Licensed Surveyor and filed in the Suffolk. County Clerk's
Office on March 16, 1949 as Map No. 1472, as and by all of
Lot 9 and part of Lot 8, Blk. 5, which lot and part of lot
when taken together are bounded and described as follows:.
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of. Hippodrome
Drive distant 88 feet Easterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the, Northerly side of Hippodrome Drive and the
Easterly side of Rogers Rd. ;
running thence along the division line of Lots 9 and 10
as shown on said map North 290 39'20" West 161.00 feet;
thence along the Southerly side of Lot 11 and partly along .
the Southerly line of Lot 6, North 600 20' 40" East 85 flet;
thence through Lot 8, South 290 39' 20" East 161.00 feet to
the Northerly side of Hippodrome Drive;
thence along the Northerly side of Hippodrome Drive, South
600 20 ' 40" West 85 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
