TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon

distance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said
above mentioned filed map.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to

the parcel designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach

to any other restrictions and reservations of record which may affect

be organized for the purpose of the care, maintenance and repair of

as shown on the above mentioned map.
SUBJECT further to right of owners of otherlots facing said boat
basin to have cranes or bulldozer: or ether machinery* pass over
that portion of the above described lot designated by the party of
the second part, for the purpose of dredg'ing the said boat basin,
upon posting security for restoration and repair of any and all
improvements or, the above described lot.
