BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument on the division

now or formerly of Terp);
running thence along the northerly line of premises heretofore
conveyed by Edith W. Prince to Southold Savings Bank, South 73 degrees
38 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 50.91 feet to a point marked
by a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Henry W. Prince
Estate;
running thence along said land now or formerly of Henry W. Prince

29 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 50.89 feet to land now or
formerly of John Terp;
running thence along said land now or formerly of Terp, South

the point or place of BEGINNING.
This conveyance is made on the express condition that no access to
and from a public highway is granted herein. All access to and from
a public highway and to and from the premises above described shall be
