along said easterly side of Lake Court on a curve to the right having
a radius of 131.79 feet, 40.69 feet to a locust stake; thence running
North 42 degrees 43 minutes 15 seconds East 71.51 feet to a locust
stake; thence running North 44 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West,
115.72 feet to the point or place of beginning.

known as Plots Numbered 202,204 and 205 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of West Southold-on-Sound, Plots 1-234, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, owned by Lidico Corporation, made July, 1950 by
William L. Miller, Wading River, New York, professional engineer-land
surveyor, New York State License No. 7885., and guaranteed to the Inter-

a County Title Guaranty and mrtgage Company on July 20, 1950, and which-
map is intended to be filed with the clerk of the County of 'Suffolk,
at Riverhead, New York.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Lidico
Corporation to Frank Thorns and Jeanne H. Thorns his wife, who are ,
the grantors or the party of the first part herein, by deed dated
July 12,.. 1952 and recorded in the SuffolkCounty Clerk's Office on
July 24, 1952 in Liber 3383 cp 300.
