ALL those certain plots or parcels of land at Cedar Beach, near Southold,
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, particularly described
as follows:
ALL that tract of land comprised of lots numbered 62, 63 and 64 as
shown on a Map entitled, "Subdivision Map Cedar Beach Park situate at
Bayview, Town of Southold, New York" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, said lots, when taken together;
are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterl,
side of Lakeside Drive with the northeasterly side of Cedar Point Drive
East; running thence northwesterly along the northeasterly side of Cedar
Point Drive East, the following three courses and distances: (1) North
63 degrees 12 minutes 20 seconds West 7.77 feet; (2) North 54 degrees
50 minutes West 98.06 feet; (3) North 46 degrees 19 minutes West 77.27
feet to the division line between lots 64 and 65 as shown on the above
map; thence North 16 degrees 41 minutes East along last mentioned divisiol
line 165.00 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Stillwater Lake; then
easterly along said ordinary high water mark of Stillwater Lake on a tie
line course and distance_ of North 89 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East
266.07 feet to the division line between lots No. 61 and-62 as shown on
the above map; thence South 20 degrees 30 minutes East along last men-
tioned division line 190.00 feet to the northerly side of Lakeside Drive;
thence westerly and .southwesterly along the northerly and northwesterly
side of Lakeside Drive, the following two courses and distances:
(1) South 79 degrees 30. minutes West 118.46 feet; (2) South 58 degrees
30 minutes West 141.34 feet to the corner at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
Said premises being and intended to be part of the premises conveyed
by Howard A. Toedter, Inc. to Benedict Manasek, Jr. and Mary J. Manasek,
his .wife, by deed dated September 8 1949 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on September A. 1949 in Liber 2990 of Deeds at page
141; the grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in the
aforesaid deed- the said Benedict Manasek, Jr. aM Benedict A. Manasek,
Jr. are one anA the same person.
