BEGINNING at the point formed by the intersection of the
. southerly line of "LibertyLane" with the easterly line of "Columbia
Road", and from said point of beginning, running thence along the
LL southerly side of Liberty Lane, South 68 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds
East, a distance of 137.50 feet to a point; running` thence South 26
degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 131.44 feet to a
point; running thence North 62 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds West, a
distance of 135.75 feet to the easterly line of Columbia Road; running
thence along the easterly line of Columbia Road, North 25 degrees 19
minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 117.10 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right to the use of a right of way (in common
with others) over said "Liberty Lane" and"Columbia Road" and over
"Ed's Road" and "Victoria Drive".
TOGETHER with the right to the use (in common with others) of
a strip of land 50 feet in width as an easement to Corey Creek, said
strip of land being bounded on the east by land of Edson and on the
west by land of Toedter and,Dickinson.
SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions as set forth in _
Deed recorded in Liber 5927 cp 598, and also to the reservation of the.
