Party of the first part,and HAROLD W. OLSEN and HILDA F. OLSEN, his

of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
V� BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of a 20 foot private road
3 at the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part and the
southeasterly corner of land of Hyndman; from said point of beginning
running along said land of Hyndman, N. 30 48' 30" E. - 326.0 feet to
ordinary high water mark of Richmond Creek; thence southeasterly along
said high water mark as measured by a tie-line, S. 730 04' E. 51.34
feet to land conveyed or about to be conveyed by the party of the first
part to Olsen; thence along said land, three courses:
1) S. 30048' 30" W. - 198.0 feet; thence
2) S. 86 11' 30" E. - 50.0 feet; thence
3) S. 30 48' 30" W. - 120.0 feet to said northerly line of said 20 foot
private road; thence along said northerly line, two courses:
1) N. 800 45' 30" W. - 82.50 feet; thence
2) S. 800 41' 20" W. - 18.35 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Together with a right of way over said 20 foot private road to Indian
Neck Road, for passage on foot and with vehicles over, upon and across
land now or formerly of Mary Lee Wiles and running along the southerly
boundary line of the above described premises and along said right of way
to the right of way conveyed to William C. Salmon and thence across said
right of way and across the westerly 10 feet of other land now or formerly
of Mary Lee Wiles along the southerly direction to Indian Neck Lane.
