lying and bemgmd1x at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows,
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly line of the Main Road
at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Diller;
RUNNING THENCE North 76 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds East
along the Southerly line of the Main Road 536.43 feet to a monument
at the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of R. Newbold;
THENCE South 8 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds East partly along
said last mentioned land and partly along land now or formerly of
W. Zazecki 874.16 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 80 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds East partly along
said last mentioned land and partly along land now or formerly of
W. Zaleski 458.99 feet to a monument on the Westerly line of Bayview
Road;
THENCE South 20 degrees 45 minutes West along the Westerly line
of Bayview Road 142.19 feet to land now or formerly of Vincent
Hrupski;
THENCE South 79 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West along said
last mentioned land 925.05 feet to a monument and land of John
Diller and Edward Diller;

last mentioned land 419.35 feet to a monument; and
THENCE North 8 degrees 05 minutes 00. seconds West along other
land now or formerly of Diller 551.66 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
Said premises were acquired by the party of the first part
as devisee under the Will of John H. Lehr, who died on the 11th
