THIS INDENTURE, made the 20 qday of March nineteen hundred and sixty-nine

southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of John F. Ranahan
and North 82 degrees 49' East 352. 30 feet from the intersection of
the northerly line of said right of way with the easterly line of land
now or formerly of Floyd F. Vail; and from said point of beginning
running parallel to said easterly line of land now or formerly of
Floyd F. Vail-, North 31 degrees 20' West 309 feet to the ordinary
high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence EASTERLY along the same

line of the premises herein described and the northerly line of said

through lands now or formerly of Henry Smith; and then continuing
one rod in width along the easterly side of lands now or formerly
of George Stepnoski; reserving howver unto Nelson Axien his heirs
and assigns the right to make any change or alteration that may
hereafter be named in the direction or location of said above rights of
way described .
