the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 28 , 1967 as and by
Map No. 5001.
THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to a mortgage executed by
Inge M. Clausen to The North Fork Bank and Trust Company in the princi-
pal sum Of $10,000.00, dated the 25th day of September, 1969 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 9th day of October,
1969 in Liber 5703 of mortgages at page 265, on which said mortgage
there is now due and unpaid the sum of $10,000.00 and interest, which
said party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay.
