or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

State of New York, shown and designated as portions of Lots Nos. 29,
F 30 and 31, on a certain map entitled "Map of Yennecott Park situate

by Van Tuyl and Son, Greenport, New York, May 1, 1968, and filed in
the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 9th day of
October, 1968, as Map No. 5187said portions of said lots being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the southwesterly corner of Lot 2?, as
shown on said mag, from said point 'of beginning running along said
Lot 22, North 85 011 2011 East 194.07 feet to a monument at the south-
easterly corner of said lot; thence through Lot 31, as shown on said
. map, South ,69° 331 5011 West 56.28 feet; thence through Lot 30, as
shown on said map, South 85' 011 2011Rest 118.50 feet; thence through
Lot 29, as shown on said map, North 59° 511 4011 West 26.03 feet to the

SUBJECT to a 20 foot drainage easement across the westerly end of the
premises, as shown on said map of Yennecott Park.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk' s Office on the 10th day of October, 1968, in Liber 6435 at page
221.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO IIAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenans that the party of the first part hos not done or suffered an}-thing
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
