Arshamomoquo Pond) lying in front of and adjacent to said premises
and on the southerly side thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by henry J. Smith by deed dated December
30, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January
2, 1951, in liber 3169 of deeds at page 482, and a. part of the premise:±
conveyed to the party of the first part by Henry J. Smith by deed
dated October 22, 1949 and recorded in the Suffolk_ County Clerk's
Office on October 21E, 191t9, in liber 3009 of deeds at page 266.
