New York, more particularly shown and designated as Lot Number 20
on Map of Bayside Terrace , which map was filed in Suffolk County
Clerkrs office on March 11, 1953 as Ilap #2034.
Together with the right to use , in cormnon with others as deter-
mined by the party of the first part, and only for the benefit of
the premises herein described, for inress and egress only, to
Goose Creek, a strip of land at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, Nev; York_, 20 feet in width, bounded northeasterl-r about 240
feet by Taterview Drive as it extends northwesterly to Goose Creek,
southeasterly by Waterview Drive 20 feet, southwesterly by lands
novr or formerly of Eastern Suffolk Realty Inc about 240 feet, and
northwesterly by Goose Creek.
Together with a right of way for ingress and egress and for public
utilities over the streets shown on said map, to the nearest
public highway.
Being and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed to
the party of the first part by Eastern Suffolk Realty Inc by
deed dated June 2, 1961, redorded Liber 5114 cp 96 .

thing whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
