BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the same premises (parcel I) conveyed
by George W. Smith and Sons, Inc. to Carl J. D'Antonio and Arva M.
D'Antonio, his wife, by deed dated September 10, 1960 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4875 at page 335.
