ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being Loa6ec at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State
- of New York known and designated as Lot No. 51 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section Three at Bayview,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, April 3, 1968 Van Tuyl &
Son Surveyors" and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on 8/7/1965 under the File No, 5147.
TOGETHER with an easement over the streets or roads shown on said
filed map to the nearest public highway.
TOGETHER with the use in common with others of the beach area and
parking area adjacent thereto, as shown on Map of Harbor Lights
Estates, Section One, BAyview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
N. Y., filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
June 8, 1965 as Map #4362; said beach area having a depth of
approximately 50 feet from the average high water mark on Peconic
Bay and having a length of 900 feet, more or less, as treasured along
the ordinary high water stark and said parking area having a frontage
on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approximately 150 feet
running westerly along said street from Lot No. 7 and having a depth
of not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive. The
parking area shall be i®e.diately adjacent and contiguous to the
beach area herein referred to.

and utility easements of record.
