RUNNING THENCE along mid southerly line of Spring Lane
two courses and distances as follows:
(1) North 69 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 83.11 and
(2) South 87 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds East 133 more or less
to ordinary high water mark of Richmond Creek
THENCE southerly along said high water mark as the same
winds and turns 220 feet more or less to land conveyed by John William
English to Albert Sacco
THENCE along said land two courses and distances as follows:
