map entitled, "Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffol
County, New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on December 29, 1958 as. MEp #2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
Watersedge Way, Longview Land and Rambler Road for their entire dis-
tance as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above
mentioned filed map.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto, to
the extent of 80 feet, more or less, of the northerly 80 feet of that
parcel designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach".
